Course Syllabus

This course is about a comprehensive understanding of modern people management. Based on the classical HR cycle (selection-assessment-development-rewards), we will discuss new perspectives on digital HR management and its opportunities.

Organizational

The course is one of two in the module “Organizational Development” and values 50% of the module’s 6 ECTS credit points, which represents a workload of 90 hours. As a guideline, workload could be split to synchronous time in classes (20h), asynchronous time for preparation and reinforcement (30h) and term paper (40h).

Course material and lecture slides will be available via Moodle. The Moodle key will be communicated in the first online session.

Evaluation

The course grade is composed of continuous contributions and a team session (50%) as well as a team term paper with presentation (50%).
